Practicing law since 1997, Diane Itzenhauser has earned a reputation as a tough litigator and compassionate advocate for clients. She handles a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, modifications, adult incapacitated child support, spousal support, property division, domestic violence restraining orders, grandparent visitation, same-sex marriage issues, and mediation.
Diane is no stranger to the courtroom. For the first 7 years practicing law, she gained valuable trial experience as a Deputy Public Defender, and worked as a Deputy District Attorney with the Family Support Division, and as a Child Support Attorney with the Department of Child Support Services. She started working in a family law office as a legal assistant in late 2011. Krista began working at the Law Office of Diane M. Itzenhauser in January 2015.
